Regarding our return and refund policy, since we’re really confident about the quality of our products, if you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund AND let you keep the product. That’s our “Happy or it’s yours Free” Guarantee*.

We appreciate the trust you gave us when you bought our products and in this way we would like to thank you and save you the hassle of re-packing and shipping items while also reduce the environmental impact of shipping the same item multiple times.

You can choose to finish it up, pass it along to someone who may be interested in it, donate it to an appropriate person, admire the packaging.? You decide, it’s yours!

To get your refund, you just need contact our Customer Care within 30 days of purchase and we’ll give you your money back. (You’ll see it in your account in about 3-8 business days). It’s just as simple as that!

ℹ️ *Although we know that our customers are honest, trustworthy people, we want to make sure no one takes advantage of our generosity and we have set some limitations: The “Happy or it’s yours Free” Guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of a product (one unit/product). Basically, if someone seems to be abusing the guarantee, we can decide not to honor it at our discretion.

ℹ️ ** For products marked with Blue Diamond logo, the “Happy or it’s yours Free” Guarantee applies as follows:

a. If you use the Value Points (VP) earned after the purchase and then ask for a refund, you will receive a partial refund consisting only of the value of the product.

For example: If you buy Starter Pack (HEPAMIX or IMMUNOMIX) for $200 and use earned Value Points (1.000 VP) you are eligible for a refund of $53, the price of the product.

b. If you don’t use the Value Points (VP) earned after the purchase and ask for a refund within 30 days, you will get a full refund.

When you request and receive a refund, you will lose all the Value Points (VP) accumulated with the purchase in question.

 

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We follow strict packing processes and utilize effective materials to ensure your items stay protected on their way to you. Unfortunately, sometimes “ship happens” and it’s possible that your package might incur damage during shipment. In some rare cases, an item may be defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please request a refund or replacement by sending us an email at office@biovitalitys.com in which you will mention your order number and attach 1-3 pictures related to damaged boxes, packaging, or products that you received.

Pictures of the damaged product or order in the condition it was received will help our packing teams improve. Thank you!
