HEPAMIX – 3xBiotics is obtained by a special technique of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation, patented, of polyfloral pollen in Kombucha crops, breaking the indestructible exine and intine layer of pollen releasing proteins, oligopeptides and all essential and non essential amino acids.

Pollen has a high protein content, in the form of proteins, lipo and water-soluble vitamins, various minerals, oligopeptides and amino acids. All essential amino acids are present in a balanced ratio. To these is added the extremely rich enzymatic package, made up of approximately 100 enzyme (oxidoreductaze, hydrolases, transferases, isomerase, lipase) from Kombucha.

Pollen together with kombucha, is a very rich nutritional product, high quality protein source, with a complex and balanced amino acid content within a wide range of nutrients and bioactive components.

We have a unique innovative biotechnology (fermentation process, patented) for “breaking” the pollen grain wall which gives us access to the miraculous polyfloral pollens content.

The fermentation process ensures a “predigestion” of plant raw material, with better absorption of active components, increases the number of probiotics and their adhesion to the intestinal mucosa, maintains integrity, normalizes intestinal transit and creates multiple metabolites with major beneficial effects on health and longevity.

Fermentation is the process by which a substance is divided into increasingly simple components, up to the basic ones. The catalysts of the fermentation process are normally lactic acid, yeasts, bacteria and enzymes. It is extremely beneficial for both food and supplements.

Fermentation “breaks” (makes bioavailable) substances (including refined sugar – a processed food so difficult to digest, starch and fiber) into smaller, easily digestible particles. The process can stimulate the absorption of vitamins and minerals or can generate B-complex vitamins (including B12) and vitamin K.

Aerobic and anaerobic fermentation of pollen in Kombucha culture breaks the hard outer layer of the pollen grain (exine) releasing the contents of the pollen grain.

HEPAMIX 3xBiotics contains very large amounts of polyphenols and flavonoids, a double concentration of polyfhenols and a triple concentration of flavonoids than the normal pollen!

Flavonoids have beneficial anti-inflammatory effects and they protect your cells from oxidative damage. Polyphenols may help prevent blood clots, reduce blood sugar levels, and lower heart disease risk and they also promote brain function, improve digestion.

Moreover, the raw material from which it is produced is very rich in Short Chain Fatty Acids (SCFAs) – butyric acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, with important roles in maintaining a normal intestinal microbiota, which helps to improve immunity.
